Return Policy
PinkBloom® would accept returns, in case there is a change of mind and/or any other circumstance(s) apart from the ones listed in Refunds and Exchanges.
However,

The Reverse courier charges will be borne by the customer &

A re-stocking charge of Rs 100 will be levied on each article that is placed for Return i.e. a Kurta and a set of Pants shall be considered as two different articles and would attract a re-stocking charge of Rs 100 each i.e. Rs 200 in total.
In case of a Return, the customer must notify PinkBloom® on WhatsApp number +91 985786 0022 along with the order's entire details and the reason for return, within 72 hours of delivery. Alternatively, the customer may also reach out to us on hey@pinkbloom.in.

We urge the customers to notify us for a Return at the earliest.

In case of a Return, the reverse courier charges shall be borne solely by the customer.

The piece should not be worn and/or used and must be returned with the original tags and labels intact.

The customer is responsible for assisting in the pick-up of the reverse courier.

A return will only be processed once the article(s) is/are received and verified by PinkBloom as per the prescribed norms.

In case of Return, the customer shall get a credit note/E-Voucher of the respective amount. Please note that the customer will get the said credit note or E-Voucher only. In no circumstance, PinkBloom would make a cash repayment/transaction to the original source of payment to the customer, in case of a Return.

PinkBloom reserves the right to decline a Return in case the brand feels that the said return is not bona fide and/or if the article(s) thus received by PinkBloom has already been worn and/or used and/or damaged.

Any international order will not be eligible for Return.
Refund Policy
A customer can claim for a refund only and only in the following 2 conditions:

Manufacturing/quality defect(s)

Incorrect delivery
In either of the two cases, the customer must notify PinkBloom® through WhatApp on +91 985786 0022 along with a picture and/or video of the defect/problem in the product within 72 hours of delivery. Alternatively, the customer can also reach out to us on hey@pinkbloom.in.

The refund will be paid to the original source of payment only after the returned piece is received by PinkBloom® and has been checked and verified as per the prescribed norms.

A refund request must only be made within these prescribed norms and must be bona fide. No change of mind and/or any other circumstance(s) can be considered for a refund.
Order Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us on WhatsApp on +91 958786 0022 and email us at hey@pinkbloom.in within 12 hours of placing the order. We request you to do both so that an acknowledgement of the same can be shared with you at the earliest.
Please note that some of the orders ship almost immediately and it is not always possible to cancel. Any amount paid will be credited in the same payment method that was used for payment.
