Shipping Policy
At PinkBloom®, we understand the value of fast and efficient service and hence strive to deliver your orders in a timely manner. We have tie-ups with various elite courier partners, and aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely.
Prepaid Orders
We offer Free Shipping on all Pre-paid orders for all pin-codes in India.
COD Orders
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) facility for around 15000 pin-codes in India.
There will be an COD Surcharge for each Cash on Delivery order of Rs 100.
We aim to dispatch your products within 3 to 5 working days of receiving the order and aim to deliver them to you within 7 to 14 working days.
In the off-chance, in case of any delays/contingency our customer care executive will first reach out to you and re-confirm if you would still be interested in receiving the order or would like to have it cancelled. Please note that the customer reserves the right to have the order cancelled, the stipulated time frame, as was shown to the customer while first placing the order, is not followed.

Exchange Policy
PinkBloom® offers an easy exchange policy to its customers. Our products are eligible for Exchange in case the customer wants to get one or more of the following changed:

Size of Kurta

Size of Pants
In case of an Exchange, the customer must notify PinkBloom® on WhatsApp number +91 958786 0022 along with the order's entire details and the reason for exchange, within 72 hours of delivery. Alternatively, the customer may also reach out to us on hey@pinkbloom.in
The reverse courier charges shall be borne by the customer.
A re-stocking charge of Rs 100 will be levied on each article that is placed for Exchange i.e. a Kurta and a set of Pants shall be considered as two different articles and would attract a re-stocking charge of Rs 100 each i.e. Rs 200 in total.

We urge the customers to notify us for an exchange at the earliest.

The piece should not be worn and/or used and must be returned with the original tags and labels intact.

The customer is responsible for assisting in the pick-up of the reverse courier.

An exchange will only be processed once the article(s) is/are received and verified by PinkBloom as per the prescribed norms.

PinkBloom reserves the right to decline an exchange in case the brand feels that the said return is not bona fide and/or if the article(s) thus received by PinkBloom has already been worn and/or used and/or damaged.

Any international order will not be eligible for Exchange.
